Frustrated US Backcountry User

I like the pans but I was misled on the price. When I ordered the set, the order price I was shown on the invoice was about $65 less than the price that eventually showed up when shipped. This was pretty shocking! I contacted you website on at least 2 occasions but never received a response to my concern and the overcharge. I suspect the additional charge had to do with a tariff fee as I see the pans were shipped from Canada even though they are made in the US. FYI, I detest the US tariff policy and I love Canada (I'm rooting for the Bluejays in the World Series). However, I still feel that I was misled on the price of the pan set.

Dennis, thanks for your review here. I can say that I 100% share your frustration. When it comes to shipping products from Canada, there is a real lack of clairity (surprise!) around exactly what fee that needs to be paid. The duty/tariff amounts are calculated by the shipping companies and they change, sometimes when shipping the exact same product even. Know that I am honestly trying my best to navigate this with the least amount of increased cost to customers. We're not trying to hide anything here. With regard to your messages to us not working, I appreciate you bringing that to my attention. There seems to be a glitch in our contact page, as I actually love connecting with customers, so I wouldn't have ghosted you.
