GOSO is more than a cookware company. It’s a mission — to get people outside and keep them there, fuelled by great food shared with people they love.
It started with a frustration. Brent, GOSO’s founder, loved camping and loved cooking — but hated the cookware available to him. Heavy cast iron. Flimsy non-stick. Bulky handles. Toxic coatings that wore off after a season. Nothing felt worthy of the meals he wanted to make or the places he wanted to make them.
So he built something better.
The Everywhere Pan is GOSO’s answer to what camp cookware should be: professional kitchen performance in a package that packs flat, works on any heat source, and lasts a lifetime. No coatings. No compromises.
The BigBite handle — patent-pending, forged aluminum — locks on solid and removes in seconds. The pans are made from 14-gauge carbon steel, in a family-owned factory in Wisconsin that’s been crafting cookware in the same building since 1919. The handles come from a family-owned factory in Taiwan that has spent decades making precision components for the ski and bike industries.
Every material, every process, every design decision has been chosen to produce something that genuinely gets better with use.
GOSO is also a community. We call our people Michelin Stargazers — a nod to the Michelin Guide’s tradition of rating outdoor experiences alongside restaurants, and to the best kind of dining room: a clear night sky.
Michelin Stargazers share recipes, trip reports, and a genuine love of cooking in the wild. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
