We got tired of using the light and ultralight cookware for our car camping and have been looking for something similar to what we use at home (cast iron, stainless steel and carbon steel). The pans are solid, wighted nicely, and the handles grip well and stay in place. Treating the pans up front takes a bit of time, but once its done, they are nice to cook on. Eggs worked well (fried and scrambled). Easy to clean and re-season. Can't wait till Goso comes out with similar pots w lids.
